Step 1:
Start by measuring all the ingredients for accuracy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yogurt, and salt.
Use a large spoon to stir the ingredients together initially.
Before you transfer the dough on the working surface.
Step 2:
After mixing, sprinkle a little flour on your work surface. Then transfer the dough onto it and give it a gentle knead. You only need to knead the dough for about 2 minutes. as it is soft and doesn’t require much effort at all.

Next, divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and roll each piece into a small ball. You can then gently press each ball into a disc shape or roll it out with a rolling pin to form a flat disk.

Ingredients
- 200g plain Greek yogurt, I`ve used German 2%fat yogurt, but you can also use non fat yogurt.
- 200g of all-purpose white flour (or self-raising white flour)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder, if you are using self-raising wheat flour skip the baking powder
- 2 pinch of salt.
- Butter when baking the flatbread
Instructions
1: To achieve perfectly cooked flatbread, start by measuring all your ingredients.
2: You will need 200g of all-purpose flour, 200g of yogurt, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
3: After that take a large bowl and add all your ingredients and begin combining them.
4: You can mix the dough using your hands since it is small and soft, or you can use a stand mixer with a dough hook.
5: Once all the ingredients are combined, sprinkle a little flour on your bench and start kneading the dough for about 2 minutes or until the dough becomes smooth.
If the dough is sticky, coat your hand with flour and add more flour as needed the last result must always be smooth dough.
6: Cover the dough and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
7: After the resting period, lightly sprinkle flour on work surface again.
8: Cut the dough into 6 equal pieces, and shape them into balls.
9: Take one ball of dough, lightly dust it with flour, and roll it out into a circle 6 to 7 in diameter.
10: Brush a pan with some butter, and cook the flatbread for about 60 seconds, until large bubbles start to appear, then flip it on the other side.
11: Continue to flip the flatbread every 15 seconds until all sides are golden brown.
12: Place the cooked flatbread on a plate, and cover it.
13: Repeat the process for the remaining 5 dough balls, remembering to brush the pan with butter after every two flatbreads.
